Car Parking The Short & Long Stay Car Parks are sited near the main Terminal Building. Drivers dropping off passengers may set them down with their luggage outside the Terminal entrance before proceeding to the car park. Parking Charges can be paid at the payment kiosk, which will accept cash, cheques or credit cards. Car Parks are open 5am to 9.30pm, & longer if flights are delayed. Passenger Info The Information Desk is situated in the Terminal Building, & offers help on queries about flights, general transport, lost property or left luggage, as well as accomodation & local information. On arrival departing passengers should first attend the Check In Desks, before proceeding to the Departure lounge. Arriving passengers can be met in the main concourse. Toilets & Baby Changing facilities are situated in both the Concourse & International Departure Lounge.

Terminal Facilities including Shopping & Eating The spacious Departure Lounge is fully air conditioned & offers seating for over 200 passengers. The Terminal offers an excellent restaurant , self service buffet, & bar for refreshments & hot & cold snacks/meals, a Bureau De Change, a Travel Agency, as well as a Duty Free Shop for international passengers. For Business Customers, the airport can offer a 1st floor Conference Room for hire.

Special Needs Info Disabled Drivers are advised to contact the NCP Manager on 01392 361028 prior to arrival so that parking bays may be reserved near the Terminal. Unloading bays for orange badge holderss are sited at the front of the Terminal, & a wheelchair service is available on request. Disabled Toilets are provided in the Concourse & in the International Departure Lounge.
