From
the M2, follow the A2 direct into Dover, or from the M20, follow
the A20 again into Dover. Then Follow the signs to the Eastern Docks Ferry
Terminals which are clearly signed. |
Directions by Train |
Dover Priory Railway Station is located in Station Approach just off Folkestone Road.Train links are available from both Victoria & Charing Cross mainline London stations. There is a regular shuttle bus service to the Eastern Docks Ferry Terminal, which operates every 20 minutes ( 7 am to 10.30pm ). There is a small charge for this service. |

Terminal Facilities |
There are six main areas/buildings withing the terminal, the Travel Centre, the Foot Passenger Embarkation Lounge, the Arrivals Building, & 3 Passenger Service Buildings ( East, Central & West ). Each offers a wide range of facilities including Burger King, Cafe Ritazza, Barnacles Bar, Franklins of Boston Coffee Bar, various snack bars, toilets, disabled toilets, showers, baby changing rooms, pay phones, refreshment vending machines, shop, Europcar & Avis car hire, children's play areas, game zones, viewing area, Nat West Bank, Bureau de Change, and cash points. All areas are non smoking, but there are dedicated smoking lounges. In the Arrivals building there is also a waiting area for relatives & friends picking up. Endsleigh specialise in Travel Insurance for people in the UK |
Car Parking |
The main multi-storey car park at the entrance to the terminal offers both short & long term parking to all passengers. Tickets are issued from the machines as you enter, and when you return you pay your fee at the pay machines in the Arrival's Hall. Current charges are £2.50 for 2 hours upto £12.00 for upto 24 hours & then £6.00 per day on top thereafter. You can pre-book & get further info on 01304 241427. The Ferry Terminal buildings & areas offer low level activated doors, lifts, unisex disabled toilets, a loop system for the hard of hearing, as well as dedicated disabled parking bays on the first 2 floors of the multi-storey car park.
