The modern ferry port is one of the largest municipal ports in England & Wales and has it's own dedicated road into
the port as well as dual carriage links to the M2 Motorway
& London & offers the only passenger ferry service
between the Channel ports & Belgium.

Ramsgate is a busy maritime centre & seaside resort on
the Isle of Thanet in East Kent. The town has many
conservation areas with fine architecture as well as one
of the largest marinas on the South Coast.

Directions by Car

Ramsgate Ferry Port is situated on the eastern tip of Kent & is reached by following the M2
from London & the West. Then follow the A299 & finally the A253.
Or from the South take the A256 from Dover.Follow the signs to Ferries/Ferry Port.

Directions by Train

Ramsgate Railway Station is located close to the Ferry Terminal in Station Approach Road and has direct connections by South Eastern trains to London Charing Cross, London Victoria and London Cannon Street Stations.

Terminal Facilities

The Ferry Terminal has dedicated arrival and departure lounges capable of handling in excess of
2,000,000 passengers per year & has an excellent cafeteria & shopping facilities.
The Port is open 24 hours per day with the passenger reception desks manned from 6am
to 6.45pm during the Winter & from 6am until the last passenger sailing the rest of the year.

There is a Budgens Stores and Petrol Station on the High Street which is approx 0.6 miles

from the Ferry Terminal. Phone 01843 854400.
